Presale: how does it work?

Very simple, in the pre-sale area all the news arriving in the coming months will be published daily and you will have the possibility to pre-order the items that interest you.

What are the benefits?

Of course: the price. In the presale phase you can buy at discounted prices.

You will avoid sold-out. It often happens that some items are out of stock even before reaching the sale. Why take the risk? Reserve your copy in advance and don't miss important pieces for your collection!

Is the presale active until the arrival of the products?

Yes. But the discounted price is reserved only for a limited number of pieces, once sold out it will no longer be possible to buy at the starting price.

Is the arrival date accurate?

The arrival date is the official date released by the reference distributors but is only indicative. The arrival on the market may undergo variations due to delays in production or of other nature, collectionerd-shop assumes no responsibility for any delays.

Is it possible to pay a deposit?

At the moment on the site it is possible to make the purchase only by paying the full amount but we are studying a way to allow the payment of a deposit as an advance. If you want to reserve an item by paying an advance, contact us.

Are there any special conditions of sale?

When a pre-order item is purchased, we also undertake to purchase a copy for you, so in case of renouncement, 10% of the total sale price will be retained. If, on the other hand, you have paid only the 10% advance, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If instead it is no longer possible for collectionerd-shop to supply the purchased product, for example because the production has been canceled, a full refund will be issued.
