STATUE OF BAPHOMET 25 cm.

Baphomet represents the symbolism of the balance of opposites, the heresy of free thought and forbidden knowledge. In this statue, a replica of an ancient statue found in a temple, the terrestrial globe, placed in the center of a pentacle, serves as the seat of Baphomet. Sitting cross-legged on top of the world, Baphomet sits, symbolizing the sum total of the universe. Legs ending in goat hooves and Aesculapius' stirrup rising from his groin. The right arm is raised in a magical blessing with the Latin word SOLVE (separa) written on the forearm, while the left arm is stretched down and out in an inviting manner, on the forearm it bears the Latin word COAGULA (merge). On his head, he has a torch between his horns and a pentagram on his forehead, representing science and mysticism.
